Terms of Service

▼ Payment

  • Payment is conducted via PayPal invoice. Different payment methods can be discussed.

  • I will not accept deadlines or rush jobs.

  • Payment will be requested in full upfront. Work on the commission will begin after a payment is made.

  • Extra fees may be incurred based on requests and will be calculated in a second invoice after completion of the commission.

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission, in which case you will receive the artwork as-is at the time of cancellation.

  • Refund amounts will vary based on completion of the commission. Refunds will be based on the final price and will not be given after the commission is completed.

  • No Work: 100% refund

  • Sketch: 75% refund

  • Line: 50% refund

  • Color: 25% refund

▼ Revisions

  • Revision requests at the sketch phase are allowed at no charge.

  • Any major revisions after the lining phase may incur a fee.

▼ Usage

  • Commercial use is prohibited. If you're not sure what counts as commercial use, please ask.

  • Creating NFTs with my artwork is prohibited.

  • Using my art for AI is prohibited, such as using it for training. My artwork does not involve the use of AI.

  • Edits of commissioned artwork are allowed only with permission.

  • I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork online. If you do not wish for your artwork to be posted, please let me know.

My name is Gisele. I'm a freelance digital artist based in Atlanta, GA. I mainly draw fan-art for video games (JRPGs and MMORPGs), anime, and manga.My main drawing programs are Procreate and Clip Studio Paint. I also have experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
